Last night I recorded a show off of Discovery HD Theater. Return to Flight HD: The Inside Story. HD Space Shuttle launch footage, Hubble stills and Walter Cronkite. Seriously, what more do you need?
I'm pretty sure I've talked about my complete fascination with all things space related. I've watched as many launches as I could on tv, I watch just about anything dealing with space on Discover/TLC/PBS. One of the first books I remember getting as a kid was a book on the solar system given to me by my Grandad. Last year when we went to Orlando for a week the place I took the most pictures was Kennedy Space Center. Indeed, the only place we're going back to this year is KSC. I still kick myself for choosing to go to Universal Studios over going back out to KSC to watch a rocket launch last year.
If I ever win the lottery I'll be tossing a few million to whatever space agency will take me into space. $20 million for a trip to the ISS aboard a Russian rocket? Sign me the hell up...
